Redefining Internal Stressors through Empowerment serves as a platform for individual, couple, and family therapy services. Group therapy services are also offered for teens, individuals, and couples. All offerings are conducted with the intention of promoting authenticity, emotional safety, and inclusivity.
I AM is the premier teen group for RISE. The group empowers emotion regulation, validation of feelings, and communal restoration. The purpose of this group is to assist teens with navigating stressors by acknowledging that it is okay not to be okay.
